▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing tin oxide-graphene nanocomposites, comprises: dissolving tin dichloride powder in a graphene oxide solution; adding sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide dropwise into the solution to obtain a homogeneous mixture; and heating the mixture in a glass bottle in a microwave oven for 5-30 minutes to obtain the tin oxide-graphene nanocomposites. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing tin oxide-graphene nanocomposites, where the tin oxide-graphene nanocomposites are used as sensor materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, time saving and commercially feasible; enhances the formation rate of tin oxide, while obtaining nanocomposites with finer size in larger quantity; provides high quality tin oxide-graphene nanocomposites having uniformly and densely arranged tin oxide nanoparticles on graphene sheets; does not require any advanced or high-cost microwave system, hence it is cost-effective; and provides the tin oxide-graphene nanocomposites with excellent electrochemical performance by increasing the reductive current by more than ten times, and excellent reducing reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for tin oxide-graphene nanocomposites obtained by the method.
