NOVELTY - Thermally conductive composite material comprises 1-10 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 1-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-22 pts. wt. graphene, 2-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant and 60-90 pts. wt. nylon. USE - Thermally conductive composite material for applying in field of electronic products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive composite material ensures that agglomeration of the thermally conductive filler is reduced, and the carbon black can build a thermally conductive bridge between the layers of the sheet-like thermally conductive filler, promote the formation of a thermally conductive network, and thus improves thermal conductivity of the material. The method has simple operation, low equipment investment, easy promotion and application, high thermal conductivity of the obtained material, and good application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the thermally conductive composite material, which involves dispersing carbon black and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide uniformly in water to obtain dispersion A, and then dispersing the obtained dispersion A with graphene liquid, uniformly mixing, and finally filtering the obtained mixed dispersion, washing, and drying to obtain thr graphene/carbon black composite material, mixing with the nylon, antioxidant, toughening agent uniformly, and then extruding and granulating to obtain the composite material.
