NOVELTY - A cableway steel wire rope lubricating grease comprises 10-30 wt.% wax paste, 15-30 wt.% synthetic wax, 11-20 wt.% tackifier, 35.90-45.41 wt.% base oil, 0.32-0.96 wt.% methylene diphenyl isocyanate, 0.34-1.02 wt.% octadecylamine, 0.15-0.48 wt.% succinic acid, 0.2-0.61 wt.% barium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide, 0.5-2 wt.% tung oil, and 0.02-0.1 wt.% graphene. USE - The cableway steel wire rope lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The cableway steel wire rope lubricating grease has improved dropping point and waterproof protective performance. It has no cracks at - 40 degrees C, is free of volatile solvents, is easy to use and is inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the cableway steel wire rope lubricating grease, comprising: (A) mixing graphene with a dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 hours, adding base oil, ball-milling at 600 revolutions/minute for 2-3 hours, heating to 200 degrees C to volatilize and obtain the pre-formed friction-increasing agent; (B) preparing a synthetic wax paste by mixing and stirring synthetic wax and base oil at a mass ratio of 1:1-1.5, at 120-140 degrees C for 1-2 hours; (C) reacting methylene diphenyl isocyanate, base oil, octadecylamine, and water at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating to 120-130 degrees C, adding succinic acid and barium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide, reacting for 3 hours, and heating to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes; (D) cooling to 120 degrees C, adding base oil, tackifier, wax paste, and pre-formed synthetic wax paste, heating to 140 degrees C, and stirring for 1 hour; and (E) cooling to 80 degrees C, adding the pre-formed friction-increasing agent and tung oil, and stirring for 1 hour.
