NOVELTY - A formaldehyde adsorbent comprises 10-16 pts. wt. graphene, 5-17 pts. wt. sodium hexahydroxy antimonate, 10-20 pts. wt. glutathione, 7-15 pts. wt. freeze-dried dragon fruit peel powder, 6-12 pts. wt. matrine, 4-8 pts. wt. sodium erythrophosphate and 5-9 pts. wt. fish bone meal. USE - Formaldehyde adsorbent used for air purification field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent has long service life, small material dosage and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the formaldehyde adsorbent comprising adding 45-60 pts. wt. water to glutathione, sodium hexahydroxy antimonate and sodium erythrophosphate, uniformly stirring and mixing at 45-60 degrees C at stirring speed of 200-300 revolutions/minute (rpm), mixing with 10-20 pts. wt. of 75% ethanol, adding matrine, stirring and reacting at 65-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours at stirring speed of 305- 500 rpm, adding graphene, freeze-dried dragon fruit peel powder and fish bone meal, uniformly mixing at 150-200 degrees C for 30-50 minutes, cooling, grinding, sieving by 200-300 mesh sieve, stirring and reacting at 80-95 degrees C for 20-30 minutes at stirring speed of 200-300 rpm and drying.
