NOVELTY - Preparation of anode buffer layer involves adding copper chloride source reagent to the oxidized graphene dispersion liquid such that the ratio of oxidized graphene and copper chloride source reagent is 1:0.1-5, and mixing to homogeneity. USE - Preparation of anode buffer layer used for preparing organic polymer solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides organic polymer solar cell with improved energy conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of organic polymer solar cell using anode buffer layer.
