NOVELTY - Copper-doped graphene airgel comprises graphene aerogel and nano-copper supported on graphene aerogel. USE - The airgel is useful for adsorption of volatile organic composites (VOCs) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The airgel solves the problem that the existing graphene airgel has weak adsorption force to VOCs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the airgel, comprising cleaning and impregnating the graphene hydrogel with copper salt ethanol aqueous solution, freeze-drying after impregnation, pyrolytically calcining the freeze-dried gel in inert atmosphere, and activating and calcining in activated atmosphere containing carbon dioxide to prepare copper-doped graphene airgel.
