NOVELTY - A wire and cable material comprises a linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polybutene, metallocene ethylene octene copolymer, polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride, composite wear-resistant agent, antimony trioxide, aluminum hydroxide, carbon-forming agent, antioxidant and cross-linking accelerator. The composite wear-resistant agent comprises graphene oxide, silicone powder and silane coupling agent in mass ratio of (20-50):(20-50):(10-30). USE - Wire and cable material used in automobile application. ADVANTAGE - The wire and cable material has good mechanical performance, wear resistance and flame-retardant characteristics, bright appearance, wide application field, and good wear-resisting property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the wire and cable material, which involves adding silicone powder and a silane coupling agent into ethanol, dispersing, adding graphene oxide, uniformly dispersing to form a mixture, and drying and crushing the mixture to obtain the composite wear-resistant agent, adding linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polybutylene, metallocene ethylene octene copolymer, polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride, the composite wear-resisting agent, antimony trioxide, aluminum hydroxide, the carbon-forming agent, the antioxidant and the crosslinking promoter into an internal mixer, uniformly mixing, and cutting and crushing to obtain a crushed material, and extruding and molding the crushed material.
