▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of ultrasonic-assisted cerium-nickel-boron/graphene oxide (GO) chemical composite deposited layer comprises pretreating mild steel workpiece at 80-90 degrees C, placing low carbon steel workpiece in cerium-nickel-boron/GO chemical composite deposition liquid, and forming on low carbon steel surface. The cerium-nickel-boron/GO chemical composite deposition liquid comprises 0.1-5 g cerium, 20-55 g nickel chloride hexahydrate, 0.5-4 g sodium borohydride, 20-65 g sodium hydroxide, 15-65 g ethylenediamine, 0.1-2 g sodium dodecyl sulfate and 0.1-10 g graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing ultrasonic-assisted cerium-nickel-boron/graphene oxide chemical composite deposited layer. ADVANTAGE - The method increases corrosion resistance performance of low carbon steel, and increases surface hardness and wear resistance.
