NOVELTY - Self-healing microcapsule comprises capsule wall and a core material, where the capsule wall is composed of a conductive wall material containing graphene oxide; the core material is a wall material containing allyl methyl disulfide repair solution for grafted epoxy resin. USE - Used as self-healing microcapsule. ADVANTAGE - The self-healing microcapsule can realize good electromagnetic shielding performance and self-repairing function and the putty has the advantages of external and intrinsic type self repairing material, it can repair the generated crack for many times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) self-repairing electromagnetic shielding repairing putty comprises 100 pts. wt. component A and 5-10 pts. wt. component B, where the component A includes 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-10 pts. wt. self-healing microcapsules, 5-9 pts. wt. curing agent microcapsules, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 3-5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent and 10-20 pts. wt. of diluent. The B component is a curing agent, the A component and the B component are mixed, and then cured and formed; (2) Preparing self-repairing microcapsule comprising mixing the graphene oxide with the wall material raw material to prepare the wall material prepolymer, preparing the dispersion of allyl methyl disulfide grafted epoxy resin, then adding dispersant, carbon nano-tube and emulsifying agent to form oil-in-water emulsion solution, namely core material, and pouring the core material into the wall material prepolymer, adding water-resistant modifier, adjusting the pH value to 2.5-3.5, raising the temperature to 55-65degrees Celsius to react to obtain the suspension of the micro-capsule, washing suspension of the micro-capsule, filtering and drying to obtain the self-repairing micro-capsule; (3) preparing self-repairing electromagnetic shielding repair putty comprising adding absolute ethanol to the epoxy resin, and sequentially during the stirring process, adding coupling agent, self-healing microcapsules, curing agent microcapsules, dispersant and defoamer, stirring, ultrasonically disperse to obtain component A, mix component A and component B, pouring it into a mold and adding it in a vacuum oven for curing to obtain the self-healing electromagnetic shielding repair putty.
