ADVANTAGE - The alloy steel reinforced graphene has excellent mechanical property and wear resistance, and is prepared in a simple and cost-effective manner. The graphene is uniformly dispersed in the substrate, which is suitable for various steel-based composite material, and has very important meaning for promoting the industrial application of graphene steel based composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of alloy steel reinforced by graphene comprising microwave heating graphite to obtain worm-shaped expanded graphite, ultrasonically peeling and homogenizing expanded graphite in anhydrous ethanol, ultrasound-assisted mechanical stirring to obtain graphene suspension, performing acid and alkali treatment to turbid graphene in ventilation cabinet, adjusting pH to 6-8, repeatedly performing centrifugal cleaning, drying, high energy ball milling graphene and 20CrMnTi powder in planetary ball mill, putting mixed powder into graphite mold, placing mold in hot pressing furnace, carrying out two-step hot pressing sintering under argon atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature.
