NOVELTY - An insulator comprises insulating tube, flange (A) glued to one end of the insulating tube, flange (B) glued to other end of tube and insulating shed sleeved in periphery of the tube. The insulating shed comprises 100 pts. wt. silicon rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. fluororubber, 15-20 pts. wt. composite filler, 1-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. The composite filler comprises graphene oxide and aluminum hydroxide. USE - Insulator used as key insulating material used for manufacturing high voltage electrical device (claimed), electric power device, and power transmission and transformation system and device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide is introduced into the raw materials for preparing the insulating shed and the thermal conductivity of the insulating shed is improved by using the graphene oxide, so that the influence of thermal effect brought by sunlight is reduced. The performance of insulating shed is improved by introducing aluminum hydroxide. The method improves the surface hydrophobic property of the insulating shed through fluororubber, and improving the self-cleaning property of the insulating shed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of insulator, which involves injection molding the insulating shed on the surface of the insulating tube to obtain component (A), and gluing flange (A) and flange (B) on the surface of the component (A).
