NOVELTY - Cable core comprises 250 pts. wt. copper, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. lead caprylate, 2-4 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. barium stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. tungsten, 3-7 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate ore, 1-3 pts. wt. high-strength carbon fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. boron, 1-3 pts. wt. cobalt aluminate, 3-5 pts. wt. antimony dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. hafnium, 1-3 pts. wt. strontium, 2-4 pts. wt. cerium, 2-4 pts. wt. chromium, 1-3 pts. wt. gallium and 1-3 pts. wt. electrolytic silver powder. USE - Used as cable core. ADVANTAGE - The cable core has high superconducting electric performance, simple preparation process, reduces line core resistance, improves conductivity of the cable core, mechanical and heat resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing cable core comprising (a) weighing the raw materials, (b) grinding the raw materials to obtain granularity of 2000-4000 meshes, (c) taking the grinded raw material into a mixer, controlling the temperature at 85-95 degrees C, low speed mixing for 20-30 minutes, heating to 105-115 degrees C, mixing for 10-20 minutes at high speed to obtain mixed material A, (d) taking the obtained mixed material A into a calcining furnace at 1050-1150 degrees C to melting to obtain mixed solution, and (e) taking the obtained mixed metal solution, transferring back to the grinding tool, cooling, placing into the cylinder and adding wire drawing.
