NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose modified carbon fiber involves modifying the carbon fiber by using graphene oxide, carboxymethyl cellulose or a salt as a modifier material. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose modified carbon fiber used in the preparation of structural portions for aerospace, automobiles, rail transit, ships, and/or sports equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose modified carbon fiber has wide application prospect in aerospace, automobile, rail traffic, ship and sports equipment, improves micro-mechanical interlocking strength and wettability and imporves interlayer shear strength and interface shear strength of the grapheneoxide/carboxymethyl cellulose modified carbonfibre reinforced composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a carbon fiber reinforced composite material, which comprises graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose modified carbon fiber, a resin matrix, and a curing agent as raw materials; and (2) a method for preparing the carbon fiber reinforced composite material, which involves mixing resin matrix and the curing agent to obtain a resin sizing agent, coating resin sizing agent to cover the surface of the graphene oxide/carboxymethyl cellulose modified carbon fiber, and then placing in a mold and curing to obtain product.
