NOVELTY - A dust-free ceramic tile adhesive comprises 250-350 pts. wt. Portland silicate cement, 300-450 pts. wt. No.1 special grade sand, 100-300 pts. wt. No.2 special grade sand, and 2-6 pts. wt. dust-free oil. USE - Dust-free ceramic tile adhesive for pasting decorative materials such as ceramic tiles, face tiles, and floor tiles in building interior and exterior wall, floor, bathroom, kitchen and other building decorative places. ADVANTAGE - By introducing active silicon dioxide, graphene oxide, kaolin, tire rubber powder, silane coupling agent and other active material in the basic ceramic tile formulation, the oil-containing ceramic tile adhesive is modified and improved. The formulation is optimized and debugged to ensure that the physical mechanical performance of the dust-free ceramic tile adhesive is improved in a state of dust-free ceramic tile rubber powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. the preparation method of dust-free ceramic tile adhesive, which involves (a) uniformly mixing and stirring Portland silicate cement, No.1 special grade sand, and No.2 special grade sand, optionally mixing with active fly ash, kaolin, graphene oxide, latex powder, cellulose ether, latex powder, calcium formate, modified tire rubber powder, and silane coupling agent, and stirring uniformly, and (b) spraying the dust-free oil to a surface of the mixed material obtained in step (a) in a form of vaporizing and spraying, and stirring to obtain a final product; and 2. a vaporizing spraying device for preparing dust-free ceramic tile.
