▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The electrode has an acupuncture needle whose tip portion is formed as a sensing surface, where the needle tip portion is modified with reduction graphene (RGO) and dendritic nano-silver (AgNDs). The acupuncture needle is formed as a stainless steel acupuncture needle. The RGO and AgNDs are modified at the needle tip portion by electrodeposition process. USE - Simple functionalized acupuncture needle electrode for measuring chlorine (Cl). Uses included but are not limited to titration, spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectroscopy, ion chromatography, daily drinking water quality, crop planting, industrial device service life, durability of reinforced concrete structure and clinical disease diagnosis. ADVANTAGE - The electrode improves conductivity of ANE and fixing effect of AgNDs on the electrode interface, and improves the practicability of the electrode. The ANE conductivity is improved by electro-depositing RGO and the surface is lack of functional material adhesion site, so as to improve the AgNDs adhesion effect on electrode surface, and the electrode is used for Cl-measuring practicability. The acupuncture needle is used as working electrode substrate, by modifying it for constructing Cl-electrochemical sensor, with simple preparation, low cost, good parallelism and stability and so on, suitable for large-scale detection application of chlorine ion in the environment field.
