NOVELTY - Preparing composition membrane material based on metal-organic framework nano-sheets and graphene oxide comprises e.g. using graphene oxide and de-ionized water to prepare graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing and labeling as solution A, taking nitric acid copper in de-ionized water to prepare nitric acid copper solution, adding ethanol into deionized water, stirring magnetically, sealing and allowing to stand at room temperature to obtain copper oxide nano solution labeled as solution B, dissolving trimesic acid in mixed solvent of ethanol and water to obtain solution C. USE - The composition membrane material based on metal-organic framework nano-sheets and graphene oxide is useful in gas separation, separating hydrogen and carbon dioxide (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition membrane material metal organic framework material is ultra-thin, has uniform pores introduced into membrane material that improves separation selectivity by 6 times compared with pure graphene oxide membrane, compared with direct method membrane materials and compared with different layers of membrane material, there is increase in number of cycles, selectivity of membrane is improved and reaches optimum value of 4 cycles but decreasing to 5 cycles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composition membrane material based on metal-organic framework nano-sheets and graphene oxide comprises (i) using graphene oxide (analytically pure) and de-ionized water to prepare 0.05-0.2 g/l graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing evenly, labeling as solution A, sealing and allowing to stand; (ii) taking nitric acid copper in de-ionized water to prepare 1-3 mmol/l nitric acid copper solution, adding ethanol into deionized water, where concentration of ethanolamine solution is 1-2 mmol/l, mixing two kinds of solution, stirring under the closed magnetic force for 0.5-3 hours, sealing and allowing to stand for 20-30 hours under room temperature to obtain copper oxide nano solution labeled as solution B; (iii) dissolving trimesic acid in mixed solvent of ethanol and water, whose concentration is 0.5-2 mmol/l, marking as solution C, where the ratio of ethanol and water is 1:1, sealing and allowing to stand; and (iv) preparing two-dimensional composition film with nylon filter film as substrate comprises adding 5 ml solution A and solution B by vacuum filtration, completing 2-5 cycles, adding a layer of 1-10 ml solution A, after completely finishing primary film after last cycle and adding 10-50 ml solution C to copper oxide into HKUST-1.
