NOVELTY - Antibacterial fiber fabric has more than 93 wt.% chemical composition of the antibacterial fiber including viscose, 2 wt.% jade powder, 1-3 wt.% zinc oxide powder, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene. The antibacterial fiber appearance is natural white, tasteless, smooth and cool in hand feeling. The large number of randomly distributed particle in the fiber can be clearly observed by observing the antibacterial fiber through a scanning electron microscope, the fiber is distributed uniformly, and the particle size is 1 µm. USE - Antibacterial fiber fabric. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial fiber fabric has excellent antibacterial and bacteriostatic capability, no toxic or side effect on human health and no influence on normal flora of human skin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antibacterial fiber fabric, which involves: (a) preparing powder slurry containing antibacterial agent, mixing powder slurry with viscose, preparing antibacterial yarn by spinning process, where the main component of the antibacterial fiber include 2 wt.% jade powder, 1-3 wt.% zinc oxide, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene, and 92-96 wt.% viscose spinning solution; (b) weaving cotton yarn and antibacterial yarn into single-pearl or double-pearl fabric by loom, where the number of needles is 26-36, preferably, 28; (c) using a setting machine, using clean water to carry out embryo setting, where the setting temperature is 180-200℃, preferably, 190℃, the qualitative speed is 20-30 m/minutes, preferably, 26 m/minutes, the rolling pressure is 25-32 lbs, the liquid carrying rate is 75-80%, the final gram weight is 180-190 g/m2, preferably, 180 g/m2; (d) adding softener and water into the setting machine;and (d) determining qualitatively finished product, where the concentration of the softener is 10-20 g/l, preferably, 20 g/l, the setting temperature is 110-150℃, preferably 130℃, the speed is 20-30 m/minutes, preferably, 25 m/minutes, and the final gram weight is 170-190 g/m2, preferably, 180 g/m2.
