NOVELTY - The device has a damping layer attached to an outer wall of a pipeline, a sound absorption layer and a vacuum layer. The vacuum layer is provided with a front clamping plate, a rear clamping plate and a vacuum region surrounded by a sound bridge between the front clamping plate and the back clamping plate. A vacuum valve is arranged on the back clamping plate. The front clamping plate and the rear clamping plate are connected with each other in a parallel manner. The rear clamping plate and the vacuum region are connected with each other. The damping layer is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate-based graphene high damping material. The sound bridge is formed as a square, a triangle, a honeycomb, a rhombus or a pentagon-shaped structures. The front clamping plate and the rear clamping plate are made of thin plate material. USE - Standardized and batch production pipeline noise reduction device. ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in structure, and has ideal versatility, and ensures better sound insulation and noise reduction effect for high-noise pipelines with full frequency bands such as low, medium and high frequency.
