▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flow-resistant reducing agent composition comprises 0.01-0.5 %mass water, and a graphene-like nanocarbon having a length of one piece of 2-20 mu m and comprising at least one of a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group and a carboxyl group as a surface functional group. USE - Flow-resistant reducing agent composition is used for aqueous media e.g. circulating water in piping of air conditioner. ADVANTAGE - The flow-resistant reducing agent composition has excellent flow resistance reduction effect, and is environmentally-friendly, and does not produce foaming at the time of use. The circulating water containing the flow-resistant reducing agent composition can be used for a long period of time and does not generate soil pollution at the time of leakage from piping. The flow-resistant reducing agent composition reduces frictional resistance of a pipe interior.
