NOVELTY - Polyurea elastomer composite fabric comprises fabric woven from long fibers, the surface of the fabric is coated with polyurea elastomer coating. The long fiber is prepared from 47-100 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 47-100 pts. wt. aluminum silicate ceramic fiber, 5-50 pts. wt. polyimide fiber and 1-20 pts. wt. glass fiber. USE - Used as polyurea elastomer composite fabric. ADVANTAGE - The polyurea elastomer composite fabric has excellent bulletproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyurea elastomer composite fabric, comprising (1) mixing 47-100 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 47-100 pts. wt. aluminum silicate ceramic fiber, 5-50 pts. wt. polyimide fiber and 1-20 pts. wt. glass fiber and woving into cloth, (2) dissolving 25-100 pts. wt. amino compounds in dehydrated alcohol with the same mass, and mixing to obtain amino modification liquid, (3) soaking the cloth in the amino modification solution under the conditions of temperature of 20-35 °C and humidity 20-50 %, taking it out and drying it at 60-80 °C to obtain the modified cloth base, (4) uniformly spraying the polyurea elastomer on the surface of the modified cloth substrate by spraying equipment at 15-40 °C, naturally drying to form a polyurea elastomer coating on the surface of the cloth substrate to obtain final product.
