The modified organic silicone resin comprises 24-26 pts. wt. organic silicone resin, 7-8 pts. wt. epoxy chloropropane, 5-6 pts. wt. calcium silicate, 3-5 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 3-5 pts. wt. fatty acid glyceride, 2-6 pts. wt. graphite powder, 2-4 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 1-2 pts. wt. nano silica and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dibutyl tin laurate. The graphene-carbon fiber composite powder comprises graphene, silica, carbon fiber, nano aluminum nitride and coupling agent. USE - Household electrical appliance shell insulating radiating paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of household electrical appliance shell insulating radiating paint comprising taking organic silicone resin, graphite powder, calcium silicate and nano silica, mixing and dispersing at 55-65 degrees C at rate of 400-500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 40-60 minutes, adding remaining raw materials of modified organic silicone resin, dispersing at 60-70 degrees C at rate of 600-800 rpm for 20-30 minutes, mixing with amino resin, adding water and additive, stirring and dispersing for 20-30 minutes at 120-130, adding remaining raw materials, and dispersing.
