▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper/zinc, copper/aluminum and copper/tin alloy powder are added to hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid solution, filtered and washed, to obtain nano-copper particles. Graphene oxide is added to deionized water, stirred and ultrasonically dispersed, to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution having graphene concentration of 0.6-1.2 mg/mL. The obtained nano-copper particles and aqueous graphene oxide solution are added to hydrothermal reactor, reacted at 200-240 degrees C for 18-24 hours, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain composite nanomaterial. USE - Manufacture of composite nanomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides composite nanomaterial by simple process.
