▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide based sensor is claimed. The sensor is graphene oxide-nucleic acid aptamer sensor, which includes, Tween 80 (RTM: Polysorbate 80) surface modified gold nanoparticles, connected to aptamers and bound to graphene oxide. USE - The graphene oxide based sensor is useful for detecting thrombin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor: has high sensitivity without marking; is economical and improves0020 detection limit of 0.005 nM. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene oxide based sensor, comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide by improved Hummers method, drying graphene oxide in vacuum, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion in an aqueous solution before use to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (ii) adding 10 mu l Tween 80 (RTM: Polysorbate 80) to 1 ml gold sol, preparing dispersion liquid A, reacting for 30 min, (iii) adding an accounting aptamer 5'-ggttggtgtggttgg-3' into step (ii) dispersion liquid A, 5' end labeled sulfhydryl (-SH), heating reaction for 2.5 hours, connecting accounting adaptor above gold nano particle to obtain dispersion liquid B and (iv) adding step (iii) dispersion liquid B to step (i) graphene dispersion liquid to obtain sensor graphene oxide based sensor; and (2) use method of graphene oxide based sensor, comprising in the sensor, adding 0.005-30 nm thrombin, combining with thrombin, using gold nano particle ultra-violet absorption, comparing value, adding prothrombin increased by 30-237.07%, according to the ultra-violet absorbance gold nano particle changes carrying out detecting.
