NOVELTY - Flame-retardant and high-temperature graphene coating comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide monomer, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. silicate aqueous solution, 15-20 pts. wt. carbonate aqueous solution, 10-15 pts. wt. chromate aqueous solution, 10-15 pts. wt. phosphate aqueous solution, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc powder, 2-5 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 5-8 pts. wt. ammonium chloride, and 20-30 pts. wt. water solvent. USE - Used as flame-retardant and high-temperature graphene coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing a flame-retardant and high-temperature graphene coating, comprising (i) adding the silicate aqueous solution, aqueous carbonate solution, aqueous chromate solution, aqueous phosphate solution, zinc powder and aqueous solvent into the stirred kettle, and mixing to obtain mixture A; (ii) adding graphene oxide monomer and epoxy resin into the mixture A, stirring for 30 minutes until the mixture appeares viscous, to obtain a mixture B; and (iii) adding hydrogen peroxide and ammonium chloride into the mixture B, and stirring for 10 minutes until completely fused.
