The upper reinforcing rib and lower reinforcing rib are respectively provided at front wall and rear wall upper and lower ends. The spiral convex upper and lower ends are respectively welded and fixed on upper reinforcing rib and lower reinforcing rib. The graphene battery block is provided on shell cavity, and comprises graphene cathode, electrolyte layer and graphene anode. The graphene anode strip has shell provided with concave opening matched with U-shaped graphene anode, and is U-shaped. The graphene cathode has shell matched with square graphene cathode, and is square. USE - Explosion-proof graphene battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An explosion-proof graphene battery comprises shell (1) and graphene battery block (2). The shell is internally provided with cavity. The shell comprises front wall (3), rear wall (4) and side wall (5). The front wall and rear wall are respectively provided with multiple spiral convex bulge facing to shell. The upper reinforcing rib and lower reinforcing rib are respectively provided at upper and lower ends of front wall and rear wall. The upper and lower ends of spiral convex are respectively welded and fixed on upper reinforcing rib and lower reinforcing rib. The graphene battery block is provided on cavity of shell, and comprises graphene anode, electrolyte layer and graphene cathode. The graphene anode strip is U-shaped, and has shell provided with concave opening matched with U-shaped graphene anode. The graphene cathode is square, and has shell matched with square graphene cathode. The graphene cathode is prepared by taking 8 pts. wt. graphite, 22 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, 5 pts. wt. phosphoric acid, 3 pts. wt. concentrated nitric acid and 6 pts. wt. potassium chlorate, reacting at 150 degrees C for 3 hours, cooling to less than 15 degrees C, adding 200 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, controlling temperature to less than 25 degrees C, adding 13 pts. wt. potassium permanganate and 11 pts. wt. of 39% hydrogen peroxide, controlling water bath temperature at 25 degrees C, reacting under stirring for 8 hours, filtering, alternately washing filtered solid with deionized water and ethanol to neutral to obtain graphene oxide, taking 1 pt. wt. washed graphene oxide into 500 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 10 hours, centrifugal removing precipitate at speed of 1600 revolutions/minute, concentrating solution to 0.08 times of the original volume to obtain single-layer aqueous graphene oxide solution, silicon oxide ball milling to obtain silicon oxide fine material, purifying, adding single-layer aqueous graphene oxide solution, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, taking out and drying, calcining under inert atmosphere protection at 500 degrees C for 10 hours, adding calcined product into hydrazine hydrate solution with pH value of 11-11.8, refluxing at 90-9 degrees C for 4-6 hours, washing using deionized water, and drying. The graphene anode is prepared by selecting U-shapes mold, preparing needed material in mold, dispersing graphene into osmotic agent non-ion chelate, adding manganese, uniformly dispersing manganese on graphene, fully contacting graphene lattice and manganese ion, adding to reaction kettle, ion penetration reacting, and cleaning.
