NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene-and-black phosphorus quantum dot composite material involves preparing N-methylpyrrolidone-black phosphorus quantum dots dispersion by liquid phase stripping process and solvothermally heating process, adding N-methylpyrrolidone-black phosphorus quantum dots dispersion to graphene dispersion, coprecipitating, adsorbing black phosphorus quantum dots on the surface of graphene nanosheets, drying the sample, and centrifugally washing. USE - Preparation of graphene-and-black phosphorus quantum dot composite material used in energy storage application and semiconductor application (all claimed).
