▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The polyethylene composite current collector has sheet-shaped plastic base film layer. The surface of the plastic base film layer is connected with an aluminum foil layer through a high-viscosity layer. The plastic base film layer is composed of polyethylene and conductive nanoparticles. The polyethylene is high-pressure low-density polyethylene. The high-viscosity layer is formed by compounding bonding plastic and conductive nanoparticles, and the material of bonding plastic is a combination of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer. The material of the conductive nanoparticles is a combination of graphene and carbon nanotubes. The content of conductive nanoparticles in the plastic base film layer is 2-15%. The thickness of the plastic base film layer is 30-150 μm, and the thickness of the high-viscosity layer is 2-10 μm. USE - Polyethylene composite current collector used for collecting current in battery. ADVANTAGE - The function of collecting current is realized by replacing portion of the aluminum foil with a plastic base film layer composed of polyethylene and conductive nanoparticles. The current collector made of single aluminum foil can effectively reduce the thickness of aluminum foil, and can reduce the overall cost and weight of the current collector.
