▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Temporary protective aqueous coating, comprises 65-75 wt.% self-emulsified asphalt, 15-25 wt.% aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, 0.3-0.5 wt.% aqueous dispersant, 0.1-0.2 wt.% aqueous antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% aqueous organosilicone flatting agent, 0.5-1 wt.% aqueous polyamide wax slurry, 4.4-6 wt.% de-ionized water, 1-3 wt.% film forming auxiliary agent, and 0.2-0.5 wt.% graphene slurry. USE - The temporary protective aqueous coating is useful in preparing protective layer for drilling machine sucker rod (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating can effectively provide weather resistance and corrosion resistance on the surface of the sucker rod under low temperature conditions, and produce better protection; and completely dissolve when the temperature rises with no problems of the coating being granular and flakes falling off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing temporary protective aqueous coating, comprising (i) adding self-emulsified asphalt and aqueous acrylic resin emulsion into a production tank, and stirring at 300-400 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes; (ii) diluting the aqueous dispersant and aqueous antifoaming agent using de-ionized water and adding into the production tank, and stirring at 300-400 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes; (iii) adding graphene slurry and aqueous polyamide wax slurry and stirring at 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 25-30 minutes; and (iv) adding film-forming auxiliary agent, and adjusting the pH to 5 with acetic acid.
