NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensor main body structure (1) used for adopting fusion biconical taper process. A waist (1-1) in micro/nano-scale is processed by the sensor body structure. The waist is arranged on a surface of a graphene film. A sputtering surface of the waist and the graphene film is fixed with a metal oxide thin film (3). The waist and the graphite film are connected to be an integral structure through the metal oxide thin film, where the metal oxide thin film is gas-sensitive material. USE - Graphene composite structure-based optical fiber sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor improves detection sensitivity and response speed of an optical fiber sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a Graphene composite structure-based optical fiber sensor manufacturing method.
