▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide-silver-reduced graphene oxide (2D+2D MoS2-Ag-rGO) nanocomposite comprises molybdenum disulfide, silver nanoparticles and reduced graphene oxide. The silver nanoparticles are supported on the surface of the sheet-shaped reduced graphene oxide to form two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide-silver-reduced graphene oxide structure. The molybdenum disulfide nanosheets are supported on the surface of silver-reduced graphene oxide in scales to form two-dimensional and two-dimensional composite structure. The molybdenum disulfide nanosheets has width of 280-320 nm. The silver nanoparticles has particle size of 15-20 nm. USE - Used as two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide-silver-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite: improves the SERS performance of pure molybdenum disulfide and inhibits its fluorescent background signal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the two-dimensional and two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide-silver-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite, comprising (i) preparing two-dimensional graphene oxide by using two-step graphite oxide powder, (ii) using modified silver sol preparation method and modifying silver nanoparticles on the surface of graphene oxide, and(iii) growing two-dimensional multi-layered scaly molybdenum disulfide on the surface of silver-reduced graphene oxide by cysteine-reduced sodium molybdate to obtain molybdenum disulfide-silver-reduced graphene oxide two-dimensional composite structure, in the step (ii), the specific preparation steps for modifying silver nanoparticles on the graphene oxide surface includes modifying surface of the graphene oxide nanosheet with silver nanoparticles, dispersing 1 mg graphene oxide in 30 ml deionized water, sonicating the solution for 1 hour to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide aqueous solution, mixing graphene oxide solution and 170 ml deionized water and pouring into a three-necked flask, adding 36 mg silver nitrate into a three-necked flask and magnetically stirring, slight boiling at 90 degrees C, quickly adding 4 ml sodium citrate dihydrate solution (1 wt.%) into the flask, and adjusting the temperature at 85 degrees C for 30 minutes until the solution turned dark green, in the step (iii), the specific preparation steps for growing two-dimensional multi-layered scaly two-dimensional on the surface of silver-reduced graphene oxide are as follows adding 40 ml silver-reduced graphene oxide sol solution in a dropwise into a solution of 0.484 g sodium molybdate and 0.485 g cysteine in a 20 ml aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing the mixed solution for 30 minutes, transferring into a 100 ml reactor, heating at 200 degrees C for 8-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing the samples with water and ethanol, centrifuging the solution and placing in a vacuum oven at 60 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain molybdenum disulfide-silver-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite structure.
