NOVELTY - Electrode paste comprises silver based conductive material, glass material, organic carrier and titanium powder. The glass material comprises oxide and the glass material covers the titanium powder. USE - The electrode paste is useful for preparing electrode slurry for photovoltaic cell (claimed) e.g. crystalline silicon solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The electrode paste: has improved photoelectric conversion efficacy and oxidation resistance and reduced possibility of the antireflection layer to be penetrated to avoid the over-etching of the silicon substrate and the metal surface composite caused by the emitter surface defect problem; reduces the leakage and strong oxidation resistance; and can increase the open circuit voltage of the battery.
