NOVELTY - A graphene nano ribbon comprises 1st region of one side of a length direction which has oxy group (I) and/or dioxy group (II) to at least any one of the both ends of the width direction, and 2nd region of other side of the length direction which has hydrogen atom and/or hydroxyl group in at least any one of the both ends of the width direction. USE - A graphene nano ribbon for electronic apparatus (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene nano ribbon comprises 1st region of one side of a length direction which has oxy group of formula asterisk-O-R1 (I) and/or dioxy group of formula asterisk-O-R2-O-asterisk (II) to at least any one of the both ends of the width direction, and 2nd region of other side of the length direction which has hydrogen atom and/or hydroxyl group in at least any one of the both ends of the width direction. R1=1-20C alkyl; R2=methylene or formula asterisk-C(R21)2-asterisk (3); and R21=Me or Et. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of graphene nano ribbon which involves converting one portion of greater than or equal to 1 of group (I) and group (II) into at least any one of a hydrogen atom and a hydroxyl group; and (2) electronic apparatus comprising graphene nano ribbon, and 1st electrode and 2nd electrode which are each provided in the both sides of the length direction of the graphene nano ribbon.
