NOVELTY - Preparing graphene epoxy resin coating, comprises e.g. (i) performing surface modification of graphene by (ia) taking quantitative modifier in a beaker, and adding a solvent to dissolve to obtain a modified solution, (ib) taking the raw material graphene in the mixing tank, adding the modified liquid, and adding deionized water, and (ic) stirring and sanding, and obtaining the modified graphene by spray drying after sanding for a certain period of time, and (ii) preparing graphene/epoxy coating by (iia) taking a certain amount of epoxy resin and placing in a dispersing machine, and starting the dispersing machine to rotate and stirring at a speed of 400-600 revolutions per minute (rpm), (iib) adding modified graphene, and improve disperser rotating speed after feeding is completed, and adding diluent, antifoaming agent, leveling agent and dispersing agent successively, and (iic) after the addition is completed, continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes, and sanding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene epoxy resin coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good physical properties and mechanical properties, and good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene epoxy resin coating, comprises (i) performing surface modification of graphene by (ia) taking quantitative modifier in a beaker, and adding a solvent to dissolve to obtain a modified solution, (ib) taking the raw material graphene in the mixing tank, adding the modified liquid, and adding deionized water, and (ic) stirring and sanding, and obtaining the modified graphene by spray drying after sanding for a certain period of time, and (ii) preparing graphene/epoxy coating by (iia) taking a certain amount of epoxy resin and placing in a dispersing machine, and starting the dispersing machine to rotate and stirring at a speed of 400-600 revolutions per minute (rpm), (iib) adding modified graphene, and improve disperser rotating speed after feeding is completed, and adding diluent, antifoaming agent, leveling agent and dispersing agent successively, (iic) after the addition is completed, continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes, sanding, and uniformly dispersing the modified graphene in the matrix to obtain component A, (iid) diluting the curing agent phenalkamine with a diluent to obtain component B, taking quantitative component B and dripping into component A, and stirring for 2-4 minutes at 800-1200 rpm rotating speed to obtain coating, and (iie) brushing the paint on the substrate, placing the substrate in a constant temperature and humidity room with a temperature of 23degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of 50%, and drying for 6-8 days to obtain a graphene/epoxy resin coating.
