▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a dielectric substrate that is made of alumina, mica, glass or silicon coated with a layer of silicon dioxide (SiO2) exhibiting on upper face. A network of double comb-shaped interdigitated platinum electrodes and a sensitive layer contains sono-chemically processed ZnO and graphene nanocomposites. The layer is deposited over the interdigitated zone and a platinum resistor heats the sensitive layer and temperature sensor. USE - Chemiresistive ethanol sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the ethanol sensor.
