NOVELTY - The method involves fixing a movable mold on an upper base surface of a forging pressing part. Graphene composite material particles are moved into a stock bin in a mold. The moving mold is driven by the forging pressing part to clamp an upper mold and a lower mold. Heating process is performed. The graphene composite material particles are fully cured to form a solidified product. The mold is opened according to predetermined dwell time. The forming product in a cavity structure of the mold is taken out by an ejection mechanism after completing the casting process. USE - Graphene pressure cast forming method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively forming a graphene pressure cast, improving forming efficiency and reducing forming cost.
