NOVELTY - Graphene heat conducting silicone grease comprises 1-110 pts. wt. benzene ring-containing graphene heat conducting material, 20-900 pts. wt. heat conducting filler and 0.1-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where graphene heat conducting material is (I). USE - Used as graphene heat conducting silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The silicone grease has better heat conducting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene heat conducting silicone grease comprises 1-110 pts. wt. benzene ring-containing graphene heat conducting material, 20-900 pts. wt. heat conducting filler and 0.1-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where graphene heat conducting material is of formula (I). X = graphene; R2, R3 = H, carbon chain or aromatic ring; R1 = 0-5C carbon chain; and a = greater than or equal to 1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene heat conducting silicone grease, comprising (i) mixing graphene and benzene ring-containing silicone to obtain mixture, and (ii) adding heat conducting filler and auxiliary agent into the mixture.
