▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The chip has first substrate (110) with a first surface (101). The first substrate is recessed from the first surface. Graphene oxide layer (130) is placed at the bottom of the recess portion. A first electrode (140), a second electrode (150) and a graphene oxide layer are electrically connected. A concave portion (120) is configured to place a sample to be tested. The first electrode and the second electrode are configured to detect the resistance of the graphene oxide layer. USE - Gene sequencing chip of gene sequencing device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sequencing time is reduced and sequencing efficiency is improved. The sequencing cost is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a sequencing method of the gene sequencing chip; and (2) a gene sequencing device.
