NOVELTY - Graphene photoluminescence substrate comprises sandwich structure, the core layer of the sandwich structure is a layer of photo-luminescent material, the surface layer of the sandwich structure is graphene layer. USE - The graphene photoluminescence substrate is useful for illumination, display or solar panels (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photoluminescence substrate: avoids eroding of oxygen, water and other small molecules to the photoluminescence materials, so as to keep the high light emitting performance; the graphene itself comprises low absorption rate to light, comprising no obvious influence on the luminous performance of the solid light emitting device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene photoluminescence substrate, comprising, mixing photoluminescent material and dispersant, coating the obtained photoluminescence material dispersion on the interlayer graphene layer to form a layer of photo-luminescent material to obtain graphene photoluminescence substrate.
