NOVELTY - A graphene-carbon nanotube composite diaphragm comprises a substrate and at least a composite material. The composite material comprises at least a graphene layer, at least a carbon nanotube layer and at least a slide-ring polymer layer. The slide-ring polymer layer has multiple slide-ring polymers. Each slide-ring polymer has a main chain, two stopper functional groups located at two ends of the main chain and multiple ring structure movably sleeved to the main chain. Each ring structure is connected between two graphene layers, between two carbon nanotube layers, or between a graphene layer and a carbon nanotube layer, wherein the laminated structure of the graphene layer and the carbon nanotube layer has excellent hardness. The slide-ring polymer layer could utilize pulley effect to enhance the toughness and ductility of the composite material. Accordingly, the produced composite diaphragm can have both high stiffness and high roughness.
