NOVELTY - A reduction-oxidation graphene/carbon nanotube composite material comprises reduction-oxidation graphene and modified carbon nanotube. The reduction-oxidation graphene comprises multiple layers of reduction-oxidation graphene sheet. The modified carbon nanotube is loaded on reduction-oxidation graphene sheet, and distributed between two adjacent layers of reduction-oxidation graphene sheet in pillar. The modified carbon nanotube and reduction-oxidation graphene form load by electrostatic self-assembly. USE - Reduction-oxidation graphene/carbon nanotube composite material. ADVANTAGE - The product improves dispersivity and low activity problems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the reduction-oxidation graphene/carbon nanotube composite material comprising loading modified carbon nanotube on reduced graphene oxide layer, preferably, electrostatic self-assembling modified carbon nanotube solution and graphene oxide dispersion, and heat treating.
