▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fatigue-resistant rivet comprises 100 pts. wt. vibration-damping alloy comprising 35-65 pts. wt. iron, 15-35 pts. wt. aluminum, 10-25 pts. wt. manganese, 4-12 pts. wt. copper and 0.005-0.5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as fatigue-resistant rivet. ADVANTAGE - The method converts vibration energy into heat energy, improves the fatigue strength of components, reduces vibration noise, improves hearing comfort, and increases the safety factor of rivet connection methods. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the rivet, comprising (i) dispersing graphene powder in a solvent to obtain a graphene dispersion, adding metallic aluminum powder or metallic copper powder into 0.01-3% graphene dispersion, subjecting the obtained mixed dispersion to ball milling and drying to obtain an aluminum/copper-graphene composite powder, sintering the composite powder to obtain an aluminum/copper-graphene preformed ingot, (ii) melting and mixing metallic iron, metallic manganese and the preformed ingot and casting to obtain an alloy ingot, and (iii) turning the alloy ingot; and (2) vehicle comprising the fatigue-resistant rivet.
