▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High performance graphene paper, is claimed. The preparation of the graphene paper comprises conducting two-step chemical reduction method to obtain high-conductivity graphene powder, and performing heat pressing. USE - The graphene paper is used as structural-functional integrated material in fields of electromagnetic shielding, electrode material, high radiation, corrosion resistance and wear resisting material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The mechanical strength and conductivity of the graphene paper are both higher than that of the present reported graphene paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high performance graphene paper, comprising: (i) under ice bath condition adding 1-5 g graphite into 50-200 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, vigorously stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding 8-20 g potassium manganate into the mixture, vigorously stirring for 20-40 minutes, transferring the mixture to a 10-30 degrees C water bath, slowly adding 10-30g sodium nitrate and stirring for 40-80 minutes, under stirring condition continuously adding 100-300 ml deionized water into the mixture, and then transferring into 60-100 degrees C oil bath and stirring for 20-40 minutes, then dropwise adding 10-40 ml hydrogen peroxide, continuing reaction for 40-80 minutes until the solution turns from brown to bright yellow; (ii) under stirring condition, dropwise adding 10-40 ml mixed solution of hydrazine hydrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) into bright yellow graphene oxide solution, reacting at 40-80 degrees C for 30 minutes to 2 hours, dropwise adding 20 ml reducing reagent to the solution, continuing reaction for 20-60 minutes to obtain a black precipitated powder, centrifuging the powder, washing with water twice, and then centrifuging and washing once with ethanol, and drying at les than 50 degrees C for 24 hours; and (iii) adding dry graphene powder into a mold, and hot pressing at certain pressure and temperature under gas environment, and mold pressing.
