▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cement-based polyurethane composite insulation board comprises 15-25 pts. wt. polyurethane adhesive, 25-40 pts. wt. Portland cement, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-bentonite, 0.6-1 pt. wt. water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. modified cellulose, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. hydrogen peroxide foaming agent, 5-10 pts. wt. coal ash, and 20-30 pts. wt. water. The polyurethane adhesive is made of isocyanate, polyester polyol and diaminodiphenyl ether. The water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent containing graphene oxide. USE - Cement-based polyurethane composite insulation board. ADVANTAGE - The cement-based polyurethane composite insulation board has excellent adhesive property, heat preservation and heat insulation properties, cold resistance, frost resistance, and self-repairing ability, high strength and stability, and fast forming speed, and adopts graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes, which have excellent flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the cement-based polyurethane composite thermal insulation board.
