NOVELTY - The insole has a vamp whose bottom is sewed and connected with a sole. The vamp is embedded with an expansion element. The expansion element is provided with a tread layer (2), a convex block (201), an airbag layer (202) and a heating element. An upper surface of the tread layer is fixedly connected with the convex block and a bottom surface is fixedly connected with the airbag layer. The heating element is provided with a graphene heating film layer (203), aerogel layer (204) and intelligent temperature control module. A bottom surface of the graphene heating film layer is fixedly connected with aerogel layer which is embedded with an intelligent temperature control module. USE - Single-layer graphene far-infrared physical therapy insole for use in foot physical therapy technology field for user of different foot shape such as flat foot, normal foot and high arch foot. ADVANTAGE - The single-layer graphene far infrared physical therapy insole is matched with each other through the expansion piece and the heating piece, so it is suitable for the user of different foot shape. The airbag layer pushes the tread layer to make the convex block to the whole flat sole contact at the same time, the external control unit transmits the signal to control the intelligent temperature control module to start the graphene heating film layer.
