▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film by using vegetable oil involves placing growth substrate and growth precursor of graphene in quartz tube, placing quartz tube in heating zone of chemical vapor deposition furnace, sealing the quartz tube and heating at highest annealing temperature with heating rate of 30-50 degrees C/minute. The end of valve is opened to keep the pressure in the quartz tube to one atmospheric, the highest annealing temperature is kept for 3-5 minutes, then the sample is removed from the heating area, and cooled at speed of 25 degrees C/minutes. USE - Method for preparing graphene film by using vegetable oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene film by using vegetable oil which is easy to process in a safe and cost-effective manner. It does not need vacuum environment, which saves complex middle treatment process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene film by using vegetable oil involves placing growth substrate and growth precursor of graphene in quartz tube, placing quartz tube in heating zone of chemical vapor deposition furnace, sealing the quartz tube and heating at highest annealing temperature with heating rate of 30-50 degrees C/minute. The end of valve is opened to keep the pressure in the quartz tube to one atmospheric, the highest annealing temperature is kept for 3-5 minutes, then the sample is removed from the heating area, and cooled at speed of 25 degrees C/minutes. The cooled sample is treated with polymethylmethacrylate-assisted graphene transfer, soaked in acetone for long time to remove the surface of polymethyl methacrylate, repeatedly washed with de-ionized water, naturally dried, and then placed into vacuum oven at 80-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain the graphene film attached on the glass plate.
