▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reactive nitrogen-phosphorus modified graphene modified polyurethane flame retardant material comprises nitrogen-phosphorus modified graphene, isophorone diisocyanate, polyester polyol, catalyst, chain extender and dimethylolpropionic acid in a mass ratio of 0.5-4:100:120-180:0.02-0.08:5-20:3-12. USE - Used as reactive nitrogen-phosphorus modified graphene modified polyurethane flame retardant material. ADVANTAGE - The material: promotes char formation rate and carbonization process of the material surface during the combustion process; and imparts excellent flame retardant properties of polyurethane materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (1) adding polyester polyol and nitrogen-phosphorus modified graphene to isophorone diisocyanate, under nitrogen atmosphere uniformly ultrasonically dispersing, adding catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate, heating to 70-90 degrees C, reacting for 2-6 hours, reducing the temperature to 40-60 degrees C, adding acetone solvent and chain extender 1,4-butanediol, reacting for 1-3 hours, adding dimethylolpropionic acid for 1-2 hours, adding triethylamine to adjust the pH of the solution to neutral, and pouring the solution into a film forming mold to be cured to form a film.
