NOVELTY - Preparing flexible surface enhanced Raman scattering thin film comprises attaching layer of graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets on the surface of the polydimethylsiloxane film to form graphitic carbon nitride/polydimethylsiloxane film, preparing gold-silver nanosphere arrays by using two-phase liquid-liquid self-assembly method of gold-silver nanospheres, transferring gold-silver nanosphere arrays onto graphitic carbon nitride/polydimethylsiloxane film to form gold-silver nanosphere/ultrathin graphitic carbon nitride/polydimethylsiloxane film and covering graphene on gold-silver nanosphere/ultrathin graphitic carbon nitride/polydimethylsiloxane film to obtain final product. USE - The flexible surface enhanced Raman scattering thin film is useful in surface enhanced Raman scattering detection field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is short; does not require complex device and additional post-processing process. The flexible surface enhanced Raman scattering thin film: has high sensitivity and excellent enhanced effect, strong self-cleaning ability, excellent stability in daily environment.
