NOVELTY - Solvent-free epoxy coating comprises a main agent and a curing agent. The main agent comprises 20-30 pts. wt. hyperbranched epoxy resin I, 20-40 pts. wt. ultrafine precipitated barium sulfate, 2-10 pts. wt. pigment, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 10-30 pts. wt. flake zinc powder slurry, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. vinyl silane coupling agent I, 0.2-1 pts. wt. fumed silica, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. defoamer. The curing agent 90-97 pts. wt. modified m-xylylenediamine, 2-5 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 0.2-1.0 pts. wt. vinyl silane coupling agent II, 1-5 pts. wt. aminosilane coupling agent. The mass ratio of the main agent and the curing agent is 4-8:1. The graphene powder slurry comprises 15 wt.% graphene powder, 2 wt.% vinyl silane coupling agent III, 5 wt.% alkyl silane coupling agent I, 5 wt.% non-o-phenylene diformic acid epoxy plasticizer E-PS, hyperbranched epoxy resin II (balance). USE - The solvent-free epoxy coating is useful for preparing graphene-nano-rod composite material, which is useful in the heavy anti-corrosion field. ADVANTAGE - The solvent-free epoxy coating has simple design, convenient and fast preparation, low coating viscosity, long construction period, good coating physical mechanical performance, anti-corrosion and durability, and the product cost performance is obvious.
