NOVELTY - Repairing agent comprises 25-35 pts. wt. of 400 meshes quicklime, 5-15 pts. wt. of 400 meshes calcium oxide, 15-25 pts. wt. of 400 meshes magnesium oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. of 400 meshes volcanic ash, 3-10 pts. wt. of 800 meshes graphene and 95% calcium oxide activity. USE - Repairing agent for treating oily sludge (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The repairing agent reduces exhaust emissions, and reduces cost of oil sludge treatment, and has harmless treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a apparatus for treating oil-containing sludge, includes a first stirring system, a mechanical dehydration system, an oily sewage treatment system, a second stirring system, a solid-liquid separation system, a gas treatment system, a brick making system and a granulation system; restoring agent is added in a first stirring system and a second stirring system in ratio of 0.5-1:8-10; discharge port of the first stirring system is connected with the mechanical dewatering system through a screw conveying pipe; and mechanical dewatering system is connected to the mouth of the second mixing system, and the mechanical dehydration system outlet is connected to the oily wastewater treatment system; and (2) a method for treating oil-containing sludge, which involves adding sludge material into dry material mixing equipment to obtain mixture; adding the obtained mixture into first mixing system for pre-stirring at 20-40 degrees C; subjecting the mixture to ultrasonic treatment at low frequency ultrasound of 10-15 kilohertz and high frequency ultrasound of 50-80 kilohertz in ratio of 1:2 for 1-1.5 hours; subjecting the obtained mixture to mechanical dewatering treatment to obtain moisture content of less than 60%; separating sludge and oily wastewater; adding the obtained sludge with restoring agent and auxiliary material in ratio of 4-2:0.5; subjecting the obtained sludge to low-frequency ultrasonic treatment and high-frequency ultrasonic treatment for 0.5-1 hours, and then solid-liquid separation; drying the obtained sludge at 400-500 degrees C to water content of of 10-20% to obtain dried material; granulating the dried material to 5-10mm and drying in furnace to obtain flue gas; denitrifying the obtained flue gas with gas particles content of 50mg/m3, sulfur dioxide content of 40mg/m3, nitrogen oxide content of 100mg/m3 and flue gas blackness of 1 level; and (3) passing the obtained material to slanting sedimentation tank, oil-water separator, sedimentation module, biological contact pool and filter module to obtain purified water.
