NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength aluminum alloy for motor end cover, comprises (a) ultrasonically dispersing polyethyleneimine-modified graphene oxide and deionized water, adding basalt fiber loaded with iron ions, stirring, washing and drying; (b) placing aluminum, magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron, and copper into melting furnace, heating until y are all melted, stirring, adding silicon, titanium, tin, nickel, and lead, heating for melting and casting, carrying out aging heat treatment, taking out and placing in cold water for cooling, and polishing; (c) stirring graphene oxide grafted with basalt fiber, silica nanoparticle, perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane, and absolute ethanol, polishing aluminum alloy, cleaning polished aluminum alloy and drying, soaking in a mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide to etch to obtain a pretreated aluminum alloy, soaking pretreated aluminum alloy in dopamine solution, soaking in modified silica hydrophobic solution, washing and drying. USE - Preparation method of high-strength aluminum alloy for motor end cover. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high strength aluminum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, durability and working performance, and prolongs the service life of the motor end cover, and improves the dispersion degree of the composite material, reinforcing the wear-resistant performance of the aluminum alloy.
